Mermershopping.com.tr is an online shopping site. All products are produced and shipped under the guarantee of the Mermershopping brand and at the highest quality. Products over 30 dg are delivered to the door.
If your accessory orders are in stock, they will be delivered within 3 business days at most after payment confirmation. The delivery time for specially produced tables, coffee tables and design products is approximately 25 days and varies depending on the manufacturing time. Delivery information and times for such products are stated on the product pages or you will be informed as soon as possible.
For orders placed with the money transfer/EFT payment option, the order will be valid on the date the payment is reflected in our accounts. During this process, Mermershopping is not responsible for the stock running out of the products in the orders that have not been paid for, the products that are out of stock are put into production for you as soon as possible. Additional discounts may be offered for orders via money order/EFT.
All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo or shipping companies with the Mermershopping guarantee. Installation of the products is not included in the product price. The products are shipped ready for use and can be easily installed (or do not require installation), although you can still contact us for your installation requests. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to our factory, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
For products to be delivered via cargo or our contracted shipping company, the buyer is responsible for any disruptions and extra costs that may occur in cases where there is no elevator or transportation facility at the delivery address, or the address is not suitable for cargo or vehicle traffic. In delivery by cargo, districts and regions that the cargo cannot reach are not included in our delivery areas.
Your orders can be canceled by the customer before they are delivered to the cargo. Cancellation requests can be notified to sales representatives by e-mail [email protected] or by phone. Transactions to be made after delivery are considered as returns. In order cancellations, cancellation of design products and special products for which the production process has already started is evaluated separately.
You will be notified of the products you have purchased via a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be notified of the first date the product will be in stock. After payment confirmation, if one or more of the products are out of stock, they will be put into production as soon as possible. There is a waiting period of at least 3 (three) and at most 28 (twenty-eight) days, taking into account the periods specified in the product detail. If the product is not shipped to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be refunded to him.
If there is any delay or setback, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.
